The endocrinologist prescribed me neurovit taken for three months, three tablets a day at the same time as Thyroset (also three months). Isn't that too much vitamin B? I'm 33 years old, 58kg and 160cm.

On October 17, I started treatment with Euthyrox N 25 μg for hypothyroidism. After about two weeks (31.10) I stopped taking the medication because unpleasant symptoms began to appear – dizziness, headaches, irritability and hair loss.

On November 3, I went to my GP, who decided that the symptoms could be a natural reaction of the body to the inclusion of hormones and recommended that I return to treatment. On the same day, I did another TSH test, which was 2.5 (previously, before the start of treatment, TSH was 7.5).

Although the result improved, the symptoms still persist to this day. In addition, I performed an ultrasound of the thyroid gland – the doctor recommended further diagnostics for Hashimoto's, but my clinic cannot issue a reimbursed referral for these tests.

Therefore, I have a few questions:
1. Is it enough for me to do anti-TPO privately, or should I also mark anti-TG? 2. Can the symptoms described (dizziness, headaches, irritability, hair loss) still be an adaptive reaction of the body to Euthyrox after a short time of use, or do they indicate the wrong dose? 3. Should I do additional tests (FT3, FT4, possibly ferritin, vitamin D)? 4. In such a situation, is it better to consult an endocrinologist as soon as possible, even though the family doctor has only recommended the continuation of treatment?

I am currently taking Euthyrox N 25 μg again (G02PGR series, not affected by the recall).
