# neurosis # adhd #pocenie excessive # hand tremor Good evening, I am 30 years old. I have been struggling with a certain problem for about 10 years. At first, these were almost imperceptible symptoms that I ignored, they began to gradually increase until now. It started with insomnia and problems with standing. Currently, I have a problem with trembling hands all the time and almost all the time their excessive sweating. Sweating also occurs on the feet and extremely strongly in the armpits. This is accompanied all the time by a feeling of a very strong pulse in the neck, the impression that all this is caused by the heart, which always has book pressure and heart rate, chest ultrasound was done - everything is fine. Very severe and frequent headaches, however, occur rarely compared to the other symptoms mentioned above. I initially took medications such as pramolan, seronil, xanax, trittico, pregabalin and others. They were prescribed to me, but I didn't take them because I felt worse after each one, except for the trittico for sleep, which I stayed with until today, but I have a problem with inserting them in the morning by him, sometimes he does not help to fall asleep at all or he does it too late. During these 10 years I underwent 2 treatments under anesthesia on the septum of the nose and sinuses. Headaches have decreased. I also underwent dental treatment with braces, which unfortunately broke all my teeth at the age of 18, but they were quickly healed. Symptoms of shaking of the hand, head and sweating of almost the whole body bothered so much, the palm sometimes dripped from the hands, I began to go to the doctors. Tests done: Blood , thyroid, liver tests, urine and fecal tests, sugar levels, many sinus tomography and magnetic resonance imaging of the head and many others whose names I do not remember. All tests are fine! Diagnosis: neurosis. I got bellergot, which worked the first few days, then only annoyed me more and stopped reducing sweating and tremors, I stopped going. I recently got Sulpiride from another doctor and it helps but I feel that it stops helping. I am very tired and desperate, the diagnoses are wrong. Reading all Internet forums I found information that drugs help others with similar symptoms: propranolol, methylphenidate, bupropion, naltrexone - None of these doctors do not want to prescribe me, and apparently Bellergot contains a much more dangerous phenobarbital, while sulpiride is currently prescribed a drug for schizophrenia, which I certainly do not have. What could be wrong with me? Could it be ADHD? Maybe something else? Please advise.
