Hello, I am 23 years old, for about 2 weeks I have an elevated temperature and hypertension. The first symptom was a pressure jump of 176/116 pulse 146. In the morning I usually have good blood pressure that increases during the day, especially diastolic, but the values do not exceed 140/100. The problem is the pulse, which is still high, and tachycardia came out on the ECG. Blood tests(complete blood count, crp protein, creatinine) normal, cholesterol slightly elevated to 142. I would like to add that I use the so-called tobacco heater, but I try to eat well, so far I also went to the gym and tried to lead a healthy lifestyle, I have never had problems with overweight, but for the last year I have been on a diet and lost about 8kg so I'm slim. I also have diagnosed and well-controlled hypothyroidism. What can be caused by the above-mentioned symptoms in the form of persistent hypertension, tachycardia and subfebrile state. I am currently waiting for a kidney ultrasound. What additional tests, if any, should be performed? Thank you in advance for your reply
