Good morning. On Tuesday, December 5, at night, I got a blood pressure spike and my heart was beating very fast. I had 148/89 heart rate of about 130. Please take into account that normally I have a blood pressure of 100/60 ; 110/70 more or less, so for me such a wkok is already a lot. From Tuesday onwards I felt bad all the time, but I took Propranolol and it worked out. Yesterday on Saturday morning 09.12 my blood pressure jumped again to 150/100 and I had 180 pulse.
