Hello. I need some objective advice because I'm stupid. Previously, I took Rigevidon birth control pills for about 10 months and recently changed them to Belara contraceptive pills (I'm already at the end of the second pack about 6 days before the withdrawal bleeding). With Rigevidon tablets I felt good (except for sometimes pains when bleeding), I also liked the price but it does not matter here, I got bleeding from withdrawal always on Thursday more or less in the morning. Always a few days before the withdrawal bleeding at Rigevidon I observed white thick odorless mucus in various amounts but not so large that hygiene measures were necessary. It was not stretchy. At the first pack of Belara tablets, I felt quite okay. I observed an improvement in the condition of the skin, and there are no side effects (except for a short midcyclic spotting). With the difference that before the withdrawal bleeding I did not have this whitish mucus as in Rigevidon. On Thursday only this time in the late afternoon I got brown more spotting than bleeding at which a clot / membrane the size of a little finger flew out of me, the next day there was a slight bleeding on a scale of 1/5 I would call it 1. On the third day there was really little blood. The fourth and fifth were again brownish more spotting with clots only much smaller. (I wonder if I can perceive this as withdrawal bleeding or not necessarily.). Now I am 6 days before the planned withdrawal bleeding and I observe the same mucus as before the withdrawal bleeding with Rigevidon tablets. In addition, I feel slight pain in the lower abdomen, slight headaches. I have been having sex with my partner regularly recently, but I rather exclude pregnancy, because it did not even end in me. I have not forgotten any tablets or there were no factors that could weaken their effect. Yes, I know that they do not give 100% protection against pregnancy but they give over 99% and you have to be really unlucky to not work. As I say, I was very careful with them and the partner took out each time some time before the injection. Please tell me if the first bleeding with the new pills could not have given symptoms and could have taken the form of more spotting? Can it be the same with the second package or will there already be normal bleeding? Thank you in advance for your reply.
