Hello, since January 30 I have been on a diet and I managed to lose almost 7 kg myself (from 83.7 to 76.8) Unfortunately, to achieve such an effect, it was associated with a huge effort - really huge. On top of that, I felt terrible, energy drops, mega sleepiness after meals, etc., so I decided to do tests. It turned out that I have isulin resistance. That's why I decided to use the help of a diabetic. The lady suggested Vegovy and so on 13.06.2025 I started the treatment with this drug with a dose of 0.25. In each subsequent month I lost 3.3 kg->2.1 kg->2.1 kg->2.5 kg to 66.8 kg, which is an additional 10 kg, and since October 11 the weight has been between 66.8-67.5 kg. The doses I was on were 2x0.25, 2x 0.5, 1x1.2x0.5. In fact, the diabetic lady did not set any target weight (I personally feel best with a weight of about 62 kg and that's how much I wanted to achieve), but the diabetic suggests stopping the medication from one day to the next. As I mentioned, the weight fluctuates, and despite the dose of 0.5, the appetite seems to return. In addition, I am on various American forums where people actually come out of the drug through microdoses after reaching the target weight, and it takes about the same time as losing weight, so that the body adapts to the new weight and so that it is not drastic and the yoyo effect does not occur. I don't think it's a good idea to stop taking the drug just like that after six months of use, and I asked for a lower dose, but I'm still very worried about discontinuation. Please give me your opinion
