It's the second pack of Ryaltris I've been taking in two years. with the first I did the classic therapy of 40 days 2puff morning and evening x 10 days then 1 puff morning and evening x 30 days and I must say that it works apart from the bleeding of a nostril after about twenty days (it happens to me with tt cortisone sprays)
