Ladies and gentlemen, I have been taking Sidretella30 contraceptive pills for 9 years (i.e. since January 2014). In March this year I came up with elevated d-dimers, so my gynecologist suggested that I stop taking the pills for three months and see if the results would improve. I repeated the test at the beginning of April and the result was good, so I have this topic settled for now, so I will get to the point. I took the last tablet of Sidretella30 on March 11 this year, on March 18-20 I had withdrawal bleeding / menstruation, I did not start another pack. I had sex on April 4, 8, 9 and 12, which is on the 18th, 22nd, 23rd and 27th day of the cycle, respectively. On April 8 or 9 (I don't remember which of those two days) at the very beginning of intercourse, for about 3, maybe 5 minutes my partner was in me without a condom (we were both excited), then he put it on and the intercourse lasted for a long time, with the rest of the intercourse he had a condom from the very beginning. Currently, my menstruation is late for the fifth day (so today I have the 34th day of the cycle). I know that theoretically there may also be sperm in the preejaculate, but I wanted to ask whether in the situation I described the risk of pregnancy is high, or rather it is more likely that I did not get pregnant. So far, apart from the absence of menstruation, I have not had any other disturbing symptoms, today I began to feel pain in the ovaries, especially the left one. I would like to add that in 2014 I was diagnosed with PCOS, and before I started using the pills, I had irregular cycles and they were usually longer than 28 days. Arguments for the lack of pregnancy: - I took birth control pills for 9 years, - before I started using pills, I also had irregular cycles, - in 2014 I was diagnosed with PCOS, that's why I started taking ant pills, - ejaculations in the case described by me already took place using a condom, - the part of the intercourse taking place without a condom was at the very beginning, i.e. farthest from ejaculation, - I know that after stopping contraception, cycles can be irregular for up to 6 months. Arguments showing that the risk of pregnancy exists: - there are also sperm in the preejaculate, - ovulation may have shifted. Thank you in advance for your reply.
