A month ago I got an e-prescription for Oxycortin. In the pharmacy, it turned out that the e-prescription does not work. The pharmacist said the prescription was incorrect or cancelled by the doctor. The prescription does not work either from the printout or after entering the code and my PESEL number. I wrote a letter to the manager of the clinic, they replied that they did not see the problem. In the medical records I have an entry that I received 1 prescription for Oxycortin and several other constantly taken medications on separate prescriptions. I am treated in a private institution, not only was I left without the drug (I have a supply for 2 weeks), but also without the possibility of dispensing, because the second doctor claims that I have a supply of the drug for 3 months. Where should I write a letter to get written information that this prescription was not actually issued or was cancelled by the doctor? Should I write to the National Health Fund, ZUS or the Ministry of Health asking if this prescription has been canceled? I am not insured and I had the drug saved at 100%. Should I report the case to the prosecutor's office if the doctor lies in the medical records and issues non-working prescriptions? What has happened that doctors can cancel the prescription they have already given me? Once there was a stamp and a signature and I had no problems. Now this is not there and there are problems.
