Every other night I haven't slept for some time until dawn. A few years ago - I had trouble sleeping for a long time - the family doctor prescribed me Trittico cr, which after reading the leaflet I put on the shelf. Around the same time, i.e. at that time, the cardiologist monitoring hypertension, then still normal, prescribed me Nasen - which I took over the years always oo half, 4.5 tablets in total. You know, it's easily addictive. Currently, being a lack of sleep in desperation, I reached for Trittico of the two bad (different Validole, Valerina dream etc. do not help). Of the two bad because in the meantime I exceeded 80tke, I got asthma during the covid period and after treatment with steroids in tablets, briefly but intensively, inhaled Alvesco 160 I take further - my pressure jumped and for a long time I fought for its normalization. Currently I take Amlozek 2.5 approx. 17ej and Valsacor 80+40 o 21 ej. It is as such. Returning to the approximately nocturnal desperation and Rescue (?) Trittico. I started to take carefully after 1/3 of the tablet and every other day as an 83-year-old seni/ o/rka, a slim person, with weakened immunity and with the beginnings of heart failure as it seems to me (here only Cardiol C is a rescue because The cardinal doctor says that Valsacor is enough. Because everything is, I quote, "in the norm of age". Being an attentive reader of both your advice here and leaflets, I know that you have to wait a bit for the result of treatment with this drug. But I'm afraid that one day it will fall and I won't get up again, after one more night overmanticized until dawn! And both adopted dogs that I take care of at most will start howling - I live here in Łomża alone ... For this reason, I also wanted to "add" every other day either Valerin sen or Valused - which I have not yet practiced. Would it be advisable to take turns, the day of Trittico and the day that supplement (OTC) before at weekly intervals I begin to gradually increase the dose of Trittico, to 50, 100 and so on. My concerns about Trittico come mainly from the fact that among the side effects I found intestinal obstruction. It would be a tragedy because I have a tendency to constipation and I can't imagine this ailment yet. I would like to add that the visit to the cardiologist is only the end of December and the family doctor usually agrees with me (for some time). M.in the diagnosis that what tires me with a bout of night cough for three years I also actually made myself. Therefore, I ask for advice whether this crop rotation that I want to apply, and in fact has been using for almost a week is acceptable. Is it better to put everything away - as far as Trittico is concerned, I have taken three times 25 so far. Thank you in advance and best regards. Barbara
