Hello.
I'm 24 years old, I've been taking sedatives for about 5 years, with various intervals, mainly alprazolam in different amounts, it's an addiction, recently after a month break I fell back into addiction and I've been in it for 3.5 months now.
I used to have epileptic seizures after abruptly stopping the drug, now I take 3/4mg a day (there were days when I washed them down with alcohol) I wanted to finally put them aside and start living because most of my youth I will call it that I "slept" on how to stop taking these drugs without side effects, mainly it's about epileptic seizures, how to avoid them, I feel the side effects of these drugs for a long time I wanted me to start really already wish normally, I tried Professor Heather's method and it seemed to me that it was going quite well, but so to speak, my "doctor" ripped too much off me for consultations to get the drug (for each drug and "consultation" there is a separate fee), is there anyone here who could recommend some other way to stop these drugs, or a doctor who will help with withdrawal at home, I can't lock myself in a center, I have to work and live like a human being, I cordially greet you and ask for hints from professionals ;)
