Hello, can there be a dangerous interaction with drugs from a psychiatrist and a neurologist?
I am currently prescribed 10 mg escitalopram, 30 mg duloxetine and 1000 mg Citicoline. I have been taking escitalipram for several months now and currently I feel that its effect has weakened. For 10 days I have been taking Citicoline on the recommendation of a neurologist because of neuralgia and problems with concentration. Plus, I am also recommended to take neurovit (B vitamins). I have the impression that my fears have intensified and I have lost my appetite. My concentration is much worse. Computed tomography tests showed nothing. Recently, a psychiatrist added 30 mg of duloxetine. I once took escitalipram 10 mg for 1.5 years and felt fine. Unfortunately, a few months after discontinuation, the symptoms of neurosis and depression returned with double force.
Can such a combination harm me?
