I changed the pills because while taking kelzy PR I constantly had irregular bleeding and spotting even several times a month. As recommended, I switched to microgynon 21. Exactly from October 2025, I have been taking new pills. In December, spotting appeared for the first time, followed by bleeding a week before the placebo pills. In January it was okay, in February again the same regimen a week before placebo. In March, the bleeding appeared on time, but now spotting has appeared again, followed by bleeding a week before the placebo pills. I went to the gynecologist a month ago, I consulted with him, he said: no cysts, normal endometrium, normal secretions, the cytologist performed 100% fine - no abnormalities, no infections. I will add that I had cysts that year, but they disappeared. What could be the reason for such bleeding a week before placebo pills, in addition to such a scheme every two months? I take the pills regularly, always at 9:00 p.m., sometimes I happen to take them an hour later. I have never skipped any pill, I take 7-day breaks every month, according to the leaflet. The basic morphology is normal. I ask for help, it worries me terribly, the gynecologist waved her hand at it, claiming that it was nothing worrying.
