Good morning
I have a question about capri care milk for a 2-month-old boy, initially he was fed with bebilon but it caused constipation and infusions were necessary because he could not defecate for 4 days (at the same time there was gas, he ate regularly every 3 hours - he had appetite, he passed gas but there were also stomach pains, straining and bending and overflowing in the stomach) the pediatrician decided to change the milk after 6 weeks of life to nutramingen (at the initial start of milk, my son ate and did not refuse to eat, after the milk was completely turned on, the baby began to defecate initially after 4/h and gradually decreased to one bowel movement a day, so the constipation was gone but stomach pains appeared, my son bends during the meal, cries (you can't calm down neither lying down nor on your hands) we burp several times during one meal but it doesn't help, Before Nutramingen he ate 110-130ml regularly every 3 hours and now at 60ml he cries and does not want to continue. Could capri care help? I performed an abdominal ultrasound, which did not reveal any abnormalities, and a stool test, which did not reveal intolerance or allergy to cow's milk.
My son's poops were always of the correct consistency and color, even after spouting, as well as now when changing milk.
I will be very grateful for a hint and feedback
