I do not recommend ERECEPT !!! Despite the clear information on the discharge from the OR about the method of treatment, I did not receive a prescription for drugs to continue treatment. Through telecounseling I could only ask for one package of medicines, and yet several times Dr. Klaudia Piotrowska refused to extend my prescription that day. I am after an accident and there are times when my leg still hurts and swells. Despite sending photos of my leg, which is clearly blue and swollen, and yesterday it hurt me extremely much, the doctor still refused to give me a prescription, arguing her decision with the lack of medical documentation, despite the fact that I sent two discharges from the OR. Because of the severe pain, I went to the hospital for the second time, with information about what medications I use when the pain is really big. Asking the doctor for a hint on what other documents I can send to get a prescription for one pack of painkillers, I did not receive any feedback, despite several of my written requests. In conclusion, the doctor does not know for what reasons she refused to give me a prescription to continue treatment. I also wrote that the orthopedist who conducts my treatment after the accident is on leave and I have no way to ask him for a prescription, and the next appointment to the family doctor is in 7 days, hence my decision to issue a prescription online. I was just beaten by the doctor. Yesterday I cried literally in pain and it was very difficult for me to move. The ignorance of the doctor is extremely large, the lack of specific responses to e-mails that are still expected from me documents, and the lack of empathy for a person who is after an accident and really suffers from pain, it is simply sad. The "Internet clinic" in which the doctor works, I do not know for what purpose it was created, because it seemed to me that in such emergency situations doctors can help patients, but as you can see I was wrong. However, I must admit that I previously used the services of "erecept" and I did not have any problems and reservations, and it also happened that the doctor refused to issue me a prescription due to not full medical documentation, but I received information about what exactly I still have to attach in the form and the prescription was issued to me, and it was about the exact same drug that I asked the doctor for.
