Can you take duloxetine and doxepin together

I have a deep depression, with bouts of anxiety and despair. I take anafranil SR (clomipramine) at a dose of 150 mg (this is the dose since March 5th, I have been working towards it gradually) and Ranofren (olanzepine) at night. On an ad hoc basis, my doctor recommended me to take relanium (diazepam) 2mg or zomiren (alprozolam) 0.5mg. What is the maximum dose of each of these medications can I take while taking anafranil? In moments of greatest fear, one or two pills unfortunately do not bring relief.
Is it possible that anafranil is just getting started? For the time being, the effects of the intake are unfortunately not too great. I had previously taken a parogen, but since it didn't work, the doctor changed the medication after a few weeks.
