Good morning, My grandmother is 87 years old and has been suffering from osteoporosis for many years. Should she supplement calcium? None of the doctors recommended it, even small doses, e.g. 300-400 mg / day. Hello, I have been struggling with excessive hair fall for over a year. My doctor says that people sometimes have it and you should wait for it to pass by itself. I did blood tests 3 times in 1.5 years. Feritin is close to the lower norm, iron a little above the norm. Vitamin D at the lower border, high liver enzymes.
