Is it possible to buy vitamins for cancer?

I would like to know more about the drug Solcidiol, which I got for a deficiency of vitamin D. 1capsule contains 0.266 mg of calcifediol (equivalent to 15,960 IU of vitamin D). How to understand it? Can it be compared on such a basis: 1 capsule of calcifediol 'releases' into the blood every day 15,000 units of vitamin D? For comparison, OTC drugs like IBUVIT have from 2 to 4 thousand units. So does my drug have a very high potency and will it get out of deficiency very quickly? The drug has a very long half-life - does it heavily burden the liver? Because apparently not. Apparently, it frees itself from the muscles. I asked so many questions because after reading the leaflet I did not think that it has as many indications as: osteoporosis, bone diseases, etc. I do not suffer from it, I just want to supplement the deficiencies. Is it a good choice? The doctor decided on this drug

Should there be a sequence of taking medications, especially those taken in the morning? I would be grateful for your reply.

Hello, I have been struggling with excessive hair fall for over a year. My doctor says that people sometimes have it and you should wait for it to pass by itself.
