I have been taking Jeanine's two-component contraceptive pills for 2 years. During these 2 years, I have never missed a pill, and weaning tailoring has always appeared like clockwork on Wednesdays (the last one I take on Sunday). For three months now, the situation has been slightly different. In the first month when I noticed the change, I had brown spotting in the middle of the "cycle". They lasted 2-3 days. Then, after weaning as usual, normal tailoring appeared. The following month, I had spotting again in the middle of the cycle. And the same situation as usual after weaning (tailoring on Wednesday, etc.). In the third month I no longer had spotting in the middle of the cycle, but the period began on Monday (when the day before I took the last pill according to the plan). The period was shorter than usual and stingy. In the current fourth month since these incidents, I have not had spots in the middle of the cycle, tailoring appeared on Wednesday, although it is not tailoring as usual but rather dirt / spotting. There are admixtures of blood but it's very scarce. I feel a slight pain in the lower abdomen as in the period, but nothing particularly annoying. Is it normal that suddenly everything does not work like clockwork? A hint here can be: - stress that recently accompanied me, - I take letrox 50 - I struggle with elevated levels of prolactin, although I last examined it 5 months ago and it was ok. Can such situations be considered normal with contraception? Even is for 2 years everything was like clockwork?
