Hello. I'm 46 years old and I'm still menstruating. For 6 months I have been using Systen 50 patches in 3 weeks and 1 week off patches (2 patches each week for 3 weeks then off). In addition, from the 15th day of the cycle, she uses lutein 100mg vaginally for 10 days. This month I got bleeding on day 29 of my cycle, but it was between the 3rd and 4th patch, not during a break from applying the patches.
