Sanprobi, opinions and questions

Hello, I'm struggling with redness of only the urethra and a burning sensation when urinating. Culture and urine tests are fine. I have been examined for infections - no symptoms. I experienced redness after heavy use of several antibiotics for vaginal yeast infection, unfortunately I still struggle with pain when peeing because of so much medication. Is there any ointment, probiotic or anything to rebuild the bacterial flora of the bladder and generally alleviate this redness in these areas?

I was recommended the Sanprobi 4 Enteric probiotic, but I came across information that the best strains in this treatment are Lactobacillus reuteri and Saccharomyces boulardii - can I attach a preparation with any of the above probiotics to Sanprobi and take them at the same time or is it better to stay only with Sanprobi 4 Enteric?
