Can I take medication for the intestines while taking zafrilla, e.g. sanprobi?

Hello, I have strange bowel movements during my stressful period. I mean, such diarrhea, it seems to me that due to stress, I take Belera pills - contraceptive pills at 11 p.m., I get up and around 8/9 I have loose stool, now recently practically every day/every other day. Will such frequent diarrhoea make the pills work worse, or do they work well due to the fact that the bowel movement occurs 9/10 hours after ingestion, I also often have a second such stool during the day, but this is less often. I have intestinal problems probably because of stress, I noticed more this month, I didn't notice it like that before. So it's the fault of the stressful time. Do you have loose stools every day even 2/3 times a day but not after 3/4 hours after taking it, also reducing the effect of the pills, please give me a comprehensive answer. Thank you in advance.

I would like to add magnesium, zinc and evening primrose oil (but such in a bottle to drink and take at the beginning 2.5mk a day) and ashwaganda (although it depends the least).
