I also have doubts about the heart rate at night during sleep, because during sleep in the ECG holter, my heart rate was at the lowest moment 48 / min (taking the above mentioned Isoptin in the morning). I am afraid that at night during sleep, the heart rate will drop even more when using a new drug. Is it possible?
