Sinus problem and staph

I struggle with chronic sinus pain. A CT scan, an X-ray of the teeth, and a blood test were performed. In principle, the results are not bad, certainly nothing indicates such sinus pain. However, the problem is still there, there is not a minute when I can forget about the pain, as well as the flowing discharge, tinnitus/blocked ear.

The ENT doctor took a nasal swab. Staphylococcus came out. But is it possible that the symptoms have been so and have been for many years?

I've been treated with "Mupina" ointment. It didn't help. Then I took the antibiotic Ciprinol. Still: no effect.

For some time now, when I look into my throat, I see a kind of purulent pustule on the back wall, today redness has appeared around this pustule.

Is there any other advice for staph and is it possible that it was all because of this bacterium? I'd like to add that I've been taking a lot of antibiotics recently (even before I went to the ENT specialist). A course of antibiotics does not seem to make sense, because there is no reaction after each drug. I've been struggling with sinuses for a long time, but recently the problem has intensified.

Good morning I do not know what to do - please advice I am 41 years old I have a chronic cough since over Christmas 2022 - initially it's some virus / colds so I thought and treated without a doctor with home likes - spending 3 days in bed - and I went back to work (I bought Gripactiv, used lilac juice, etc.) 10.01.2023 I went to the doctor who prescribed me Pecto Drill and ACC syrup but it did not help only intensified the cough for the next 3 weeks with cough was different, so 02.02.2023 - I went again to another doctor, then on this visit the doctor discovered hypertension that day over 200, which caused -ECG, prescription of drugs for pressure (Co-Prestarium 7mg + 5mg), Captorpil Jelfa 25 mg / Nebilet 5mg, referral for blood test - pressure measurements, etc. ? 07.02.2023 I returned to the doctor because the cough did not stop and I had blood results (not the worst but a small iron) I received - Sorbifer and cough I received syrup Levopront (antibiotic here apparently we do not need), and a referral for X-ray / (ophthalmologist / abdominal ultrasound these still in progress). After the X-ray result - clean lungs -> but I got a big heartburn I went to another on Thursday, ie 23.02. doctor because the previous one is on leave -> and the last doctor said that auscultation purely cough and heartburn I have from the drug for pressure Co-Prestarium 7mg + 5mg I received a change of the drug to Telam 80mg + 5 mg and Contoloc and apparently 3-4 days and it was supposed to pass me but I did not receive an antibiotic - today - I still have a wet / suffocating weekend I lay in bed-> and I still have a runny nose. - Please help, who to go to now, what to do.

Unfortunately, this is associated with an unpleasant smell from the mouth, and sometimes from the nose, a yellowish coating on the tongue is formed and also causes dryness in the throat. I have all my tonsils cut out, I did swabs (throat, nose) several times, once Staphylococcus aureus came out (about 5 years ago), then coagulase-negative staphylococcus, and now nothing comes out from two or three swabs. I am convinced that it is not an allergy because people in my environment also have it. So it turns out that it is some kind of bacteria or fungus, I heard about PCR swabs in this direction, unfortunately they are quite expensive and they are done privately. This is not bad nutrition, none of these things I tried to put everything off without effect. I can also add that alcohol increases the raid on the tongue. So the question is, what are the next steps should I take?
