Good morning. I have a problem that bothers me and I don't really know what to think about it. I take the combined contraceptive pill naraya 21 tabl. For over a year now. All the withdrawal bleeds were like clockwork in hand. Recently, I have changed my lifestyle. Very tiring work where I am constantly on my feet (standing). I usually have second shifts from 2 to 11 p.m., which makes me feel tired. It's hard for me to adjust my body to this lifestyle. I would like to add that I have a lot of stress at work and I am constantly tired. In this cycle, I got withdrawal bleeding as much as 5 days earlier than usual (I had 3 tablets left to finish the leaf). Of course, I took them all to the end. I've never missed any of them because I'm very careful because of the fear of pregnancy. And there has never been anything that could reduce their effectiveness. Recently, I have been transporting pills in cold temperatures (but in their original packaging and in a bag) to work. With the commute and back, they are in a cool temperature for about an hour. I tend to rule out pregnancies because of the pills, the premature but heavy bleeding and the fact that my partner never even finishes inside me, but I don't know what to think about it. What could be the cause of the previous bleeding in this case? I would like to add that it was not some ordinary spotting, but the amount of blood was the same as usual during withdrawal bleeding. Living blood with small clots. It lasted 4 days. Changing lifestyles/transporting tablets at such temperatures... What could be the reason for this? I get tested every year. All is always well. The last time I had a check-up was in October and everything was fine.
