Can water from a jug with a filter reduce the effectiveness of contraception?

Hello, is it possible that drinking slightly dark water after changing the filter in the filter jug could reduce the effect of contraception, due to the presence of activated carbon? I will add that I drank such a water tablet.

No, there is no way that drinking light dark water will affect the effectiveness of contraception. Activated carbon taken in tablets, in large quantities, can realistically reduce the effectiveness of protection against pregnancy, while water from a jug with a filter - not. You have no cause for concern. For the future, for your own mental comfort, please drink the tablets with clean mineral water.
