Good afternoon. I take Slinda tablets. I finished the first pack and have already started the next one. But I didn't have any withdrawal bleeding. There was only a small bloody discharge throughout the previous month. I also took a pregnancy test, but I'm worried that I might have done it too early. Is it normal that I do not have any bleeding after taking placebo pills and after? Thank you very much!

Yes, this is normal. For the first 3 months of using hormonal contraception, there may be little or no withdrawal bleeding. This is due to the fact that the body is just getting used to receiving hormones from the outside. You have no reason to worry. If, after these 3-4 months, you still do not observe bleeding while taking placebo pills - then I would suggest visiting a specialist for consultation. Take the tablets every day at the same time without missing doses.
