Good morning.
From September 1, I felt that my anxiety was coming back again, the psychiatrist recommended escipram again (in 2022 I was already treated with these pills in different doses and after about 2 years it returned to normal functioning)
In November, due to fainting, I was admitted to the hospital in the cardiology department. And during the tests, I got a prolonged QT.
(in the hospital unconfirmed fainting and anxiety due to cardiology).
After discharge, my doctor, a psychiatrist, prescribed asertin50 in a dose of 50mg instead of escipram from the beginning of December, I didn't feel any improvement at all.
From December 30, the doctor increased my dose to 75 mg. and also no improvement for today.
I'm 41 years old and I'm most likely going through premenopausal (I have trouble sleeping, anxiety, depression, sweating, etc.)
Can I ask my doctor to switch to escipram at my OWN REQUEST? Because I know that this drug has put me back on my feet. And in 2022, I never did an ECG of the heart.
Twice the doctor refused me to go to escipram because of prolonged QT.
