Hello, I took estazolam every 1, 2 days a maximum of 5 times. The first time I took according to the recommendation of 2mg, but it was a dose far too large, so I reduced it by half the next time I took it. These pills were assigned to me by a cardiologist and told me that I should take them temporarily for my fears when falling asleep. The first few doses - I fell asleep without a problem and woke up after 4/6h without a problem I could sleep further. However, the day before yesterday, when I took it or when I do not take them, I noticed that I fall asleep I do not know when, for a maximum of an hour and I am awakened by another, indefinite fear (this my natural one manifested itself in a different way and it was not so spontaneous - it appeared ONLY at the moment of falling asleep, not like after taking these pills even before bedtime) and this fear is accompanied by very realistic and vivid dreams. And so throughout the night. There were also very delicate and short auditory hallucinations, I have a memory problem, I am more sensitive to fears during the day and hypersensitive to sounds, although I had this symptom on the occasion of the recurrence of this phobia, so I do not know if it is a matter of medication. Are these side effects of this drug or withdrawal syndrome due to the irregularity of taking this drug? How long can such symptoms persist? And can they not pass? I took 20mg of propranolol (morning and afternoon), but I also stopped it after 2 weeks according to the cardiologist's recommendation. I do not take this drug for 2 days and I noticed that my natural anxiety appeared again when falling asleep.
