Available sources indicate that when using Sedam, preparations containing paracetamol, e.g. Apap, Panadol, Efferalgan or preparations containing analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen (eg Ibuprom, Ibum, Nurofen), ketoprofen (Ketonal active), naproxen (Aleve, Naxii) or metamizole (Pyralgina) can be safely used.
