I took ashwagandha for half a month, in the morning and in the evening 2 tablets with meals (as written in the instructions), I feel fine, but at this time women's days came three days later and now is the 8th day, there is still some bleeding, despite the fact that usually everything ends on the 6th and this is the first time I have this. Could it be because of ashwagandha?

The use of ashwagandha preparations may indirectly affect the menstrual cycle.
