There are no contraindications to using the sauna or jacuzzi with Evra patches.
According to the manufacturer:
"Normal activities such as bathing or showering, sauna use or exercise should not affect the effectiveness of the patch."
Is it possible to use a sauna or jacuzzi while using evra patches?

Yes. There are no contraindications to the use of the sauna during treatment with contraceptive pills, the sauna does not reduce the effectiveness of the pills in terms of protection against pregnancy.
