Bardzo prawdopodobne, że wymienione przez Panią objawy wskazują na ponowną infekcję, niekoniecznie tym samym patogenem.
Proszę spokojnie obserwować dziecko, kontrolować temperaturę oraz podawać dużo płynów.
Przeważnie takie infekcje trwają 3-4dni.
Leczymy objawowo. Nawadniamy, toaleta nosa, w przypadku gorączki podajemy ibuprofen co 8h.
Wszystko się unormowalo, został katar, wczoraj była aż troszkę za twarda kupka, a dziś niestety zrobił 5 kupek, z każda było coraz gorzej, ostatnia była strasznie luźna, a nawet jak się synowi odbiło to trochę ulał, a katar wrócił. Wirus wrócił ?

W ten sposób najprawdopodobniej objawia się infekcja wirusowa- m.in rotawirus, adenowirus. (Zwłaszcza, że dziecko uczęszcza do żłobka).
Obserwujemy wtedy u dziecka wymioty.
Proszę nawadniać dziecko, to jest podstawa. W takich infekcjach stosujemy leczenie objawowe.
Proszę obserwować synka, jeśli pojawi się gorączka, kaszel się nasili, dziecko będzie apatyczne, łatwo męczące się, należy zgłosić się do lekarza celem wykonania badań z krwi i oceny parametrów stanu zapalonego.
