What can cause swelling of the face if I use medications for hypertension, high cholesterol, depression and anxiety neurosis?

I have been treating for hypertension for several years now. In mid-February, I was hospitalized for high values( 170/110) despite the appropriate use of amlopin 5 mg. During the study I found that I have very high cholesterol, over 360. I got medication. Several times changed due to intolerance. Now I take lipanthyl supra 160 1 tabl., Acard 75mg, Concor cor 3.75mg in the morning. In the evening Suvardio 10mg and Amlopin 10mg. In addition, I was prescribed Mozarin 10mg 1×a day and Alpragen 1mg 3×a day due to dual pressure and anxiety neurosis. I'm 10 days after coronation. Today for the second time in a few days, after an afternoon nap,I woke up with swelling of the face. What can it be and can I possibly take Tertensif SR? I had this medicine saved at the beginning of treatment and then discontinued. Please help
