I've changed the pills 3 times now (vibin mini, Vines and lesiplus) the same thing every time. lack of excitement, lubrication and a general total lack of desire for sex, which is terribly bothersome, is there a chance that this will change when I start taking Belare? and can I change from these 24+4 tablets to 21+7 ?

The decision to change the contraceptive used should be made after consultation with the attending physician. If it is not possible to make an in-person visit, you can take advantage of a teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

Uncommon side effects of Belara include, m.in, decreased sex drive. This side effect may affect up to 1 in 100 patients. For a full description of the side effects, see the package leaflet. I am attaching a link that allows you to check the availability of the drug and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:
https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/9841/belara-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
With Lesiplus tablets, the frequency of decreased sex drive is the same as for Belara. Additionally, Vibin mini is equivalent to Lesiplus. In this case, the tolerance of the preparations should be the same.
For Vines, with a different chemical composition, the incidence of libido disorders is common, i.e. it affects up to 1 in 10 people.
This means that it is likely that the use of Belara, also with a different composition, will be better tolerated. Perhaps the problems with libidium will subside.
At the same time, I would like to point out that any medication used may cause side effects. This does not mean that every patient will experience them. We wrote about whether to be afraid of adverse drug reactions in the article:

There are no contraindications to change the tablets used in the 24+4 regimen to the tablets used in the 21+7 regimen. I encourage you to read the article on how to use contraception correctly:
https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
I encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of previously used medications. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over the medicines available on the market. We wrote about how and why to report side effects in the article:
