Can Fibraxine affect the absorption of Pramolan, Dexilant and Euthyrox?

I got fibraxine from a proctologist and I have to drink them before breakfast but I also take pramolan, dexilant and euthyrox I wanted to ask if fibraxine will not reduce or slow down the effect of these drugs
