Good morning.
Yesterday around 11 o'clock I drank asertin75, around 4 pm xanax.
I take these medications to cure my neurotic and anxiety condition. The medication was prescribed by my doctor - a psychiatrist.
Unfortunately, I haven't felt any improvement for over a month.
Earlier, 2 years ago, I treated escipram neurosis. And I felt much better.
In November 2025, I was hospitalized and there was QT 470 (I've been drinking escipram since September). In the discharge in the recommendations, it was written about the discontinuation of escipram. Although during the consultation with a neurologist and psychiatrist in the hospital, it was written about the continuation of treatment with escipram (which is also noted in the discharge).
Yesterday I had a visit to my family doctor (specialist cardiologist) for a follow-up ECG of the heart and it came out with a prolonged QT (600).
My family doctor prescribed me a signopam (1 tabl*3 times a day for 6 days). Is this drug safe at such a QT????
