What should I do if I have been bleeding while taking Slinda tablets?

Hello question, I take slinda tablets from 4 full MSCs so far there has been no bleeding A week ago I started the 5th pack and today there was bleeding from the genital tract. At this point, I don't know whether to take the white pill tomorrow or leave it and start taking it after the bleeding is over.
