Does eating a meal with psyllium seeds for dinner reduce the effectiveness of Drovelis?

Good morning, if I take a contraceptive pill (drovelis) at 11 am, and in the evening (around 21-22) I eat dinner and add psyllium seeds and psyllium psyllium as a fiber to support digestion (I have terrible constipation) is contraception weakened in this case? I don't have any diarrhea after that, and I settle normally at 9-10 the next day before taking the pill. Best regards

No, in this case, the effectiveness of contraception is not reduced. Adding egg-shaped plantain / psyllium to the meal does not reduce protection against pregnancy, there is no fear for this, especially since the interval between taking the tablet and eating dinner is over 10 hours.
