If such a regimen of taking Metypred has been prescribed by a doctor, there are no contraindications to its concomitant use with Pragiola, Simpramol and Propranolol. However, you should be aware that the methylprednisolone contained in Metypred may attenuate the hypotensive (blood pressure lowering) effects of propranolol. This is because taking Metypred for more than a week can be associated with sodium and water retention in the body, which in turn can lead to an increase in blood pressure. This interaction may be important in patients with hypertension - then it is necessary to regularly monitor the value of blood pressure.
