Can I take Simpramol around 11:30 a.m. if my doctor has recommended taking it at noon?

Hello. I have to take sympramol at noon. Only I do not know at what time or what is the break between drugs because I take at 7 am propranolol at 8.50 pragiole and at 13.15 propranolol. Whether I can take sympramol around 11:30 or whether the correct time will be maintained.

It is very reasonable to maintain a time interval between Pragiola and Sympramol. Porporanolol does not cause any harmful interactions between these preparations. The given 11.30 am is correct, the term "noon" is used as an indication. At the time of simultaneous use of the drugs Pragiola and Sympramol, excessive drowsiness, dizziness, difficulty concentrating and proper assessment of the situation, as well as with the execution of the intended movements may appear. Please refrain from driving or operating mechanical devices if you have difficulty concentrating. If these reactions worsen or if you experience other disturbing symptoms- contact your doctor. I enclose a detailed description of the preparation you are asking about: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/76409/sympramol-drazetki/apteki
