Hello, I have been taking duloxetine 30mg for several months after the last consultation with the doctor I was prescribed depratal and the doctor recommended dividing the dose of depratal in half (a total of 45mg) and then entering 60mg, while enteric depratal tablets should not be divided in half or can they be divided?

As a rule, drugs in the form of enteral tablets should not be divided. The enteral envelope is to ensure adequate absorption of substances sensitive to the acidic environment of the stomach, such as duloxetine.
Unfortunately, manufacturers do not provide intermediate doses of duloxetine to allow a gentle transition from a dose of 30 mg to a dose of 60 mg. Hence, the process of increasing the dosage should be strictly defined by the doctor.
