For @Anonim: No, grilled charcoal does not have the same properties as activated carbon, which affects the activity of drugs (it has absorption properties). Activated carbon is obtained as a result of burning at a much higher temperature the charcoal thread for the grill, which affects the properties of the product.
And does this type of carbon (for grilling) affect the effectiveness of contraceptive pills? In any way?

Interakcje pomiędzy węglem leczniczym, a innymi lekami zachodzi na etapie wchłaniania w przewodzie pokarmowym. Mówimy więc o węglu leczniczym - do kupienia w aptece. Tylko taki produkt jest odpowiedni do połykania, na przykład w przypadku biegunki. Nie przypuszczam, aby ktokolwiek zażywał węgiel przeznaczony na opał.
Ryzyko absorpcji jest duże, jeśli nie zostanie zachowany odstęp około 4 godzin pomiędzy zażyciem jego porcji, a tabletką antykoncepcyjną. Już 1 gram węgla wykazuje duże zdolności absorpcyjne. W przypadku hormonów, ze względu na duże znaczenie przyjęcia odpowiedniej dawki leku każdego dnia, zalecałabym zachowanie odpowiedniego odstępu, nawet jeśli miałaby zostać zażyta tylko jedna tabletka lub kapsułka węgla aktywnego.
Natomiast jeśli miała Pani styczność z węglem z kapsułki podczas sprzątania, to ewentualnie tylko poprzez skórę, czy - co mało prawdopodobne - przez drogi oddechowe. Nie widzę możliwości, aby miał się on przedostać do przewodu pokarmowego i wpłynąć na skuteczność tabletek antykoncepcyjnych.
