You can use painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs in the form of an ointment or gel on the skin, e.g. Voltaren max, Diprilif (additional cooling effect) or Traumon. There are also patches containing diclofenac with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties - e.g. Itami, Olfen Patch. Oral medications containing the above substances will be contraindicated due to inflammation of the stomach (they may cause irritation of the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract).
On our website, you can check the availability of medication and order with collection at the pharmacy or home delivery - also via fast city deliveries Wolt: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/koszyk/szybka-dostawa?src=menu_compact

Among the over-the-counter painkillers, you can take Paracetamol or Pyralgina (a stronger drug) in the described situation. These preparations should be taken immediately after a meal to avoid possible stomach irritation.
