I've been on a contraceptive implant for 2 and a half years, I don't want to be pregnant I've already had 3 pregnancies!! I had gooey and transparent discharge!! While ovulation is blocked!! I don't understand.. (yes I had sex the next day) and it's impossible my implant didn't move!! I've been placing implants for years, I've never had this problem. and I admit that I'm very scared!! Can you help me please and I also sometimes have stomach aches followed by bleeding. Sorry for this long message!!

You tell me that the risk is negligible, I don't understand... Does that mean that we don't take it into account??? Why take a pregnancy test with an implant? I just wonder if the contraceptive implant could give slimy discharge, that was my question? Bleeding is not very frequent.,

To maximize its effectiveness, it is important to put it on correctly and have regular check-ups with your doctor, especially if you experience bleeding. If you have doubts about the effectiveness of the implant, even though according to the data - its effectiveness reaches 99%, you can use an additional method of protection. In my opinion, the risk of pregnancy in your case is negligible, but to confirm this, I would recommend taking a pregnancy test 14 days after intercourse.
