Is it normal for me to have unexpected bleeding while using Yasmin?
19.99 zł

I have been taking the contraceptive pill YASMIN for several years. Since February, I have been on a diet and have been much more physically active. Bleeding according to the cycle occurred on 1-5 February and unexpectedly on 18 February bleeding occurred again and continues to this day. What about the pills? Even though I have bleeding, should I take it as before? According to the previous cycle?

Did you take your tablets regularly, without skipping, at the same time every day? If so, despite bleeding, continue to take the tablets as scheduled. Diet, stress, physical activity are factors that can affect the hormonal balance and lead to bleeding earlier or later than planned.

If the situation recurs over the following months, then a check-up with a gynaecologist will be indicated.
