Duloxetine (the active substance in Dulsevia) is an antidepressant that is often used to treat depression and anxiety disorders. Regarding potential interactions with oral contraceptives (birth control pills), there are no widely known reports or evidence that duloxetine affects the effectiveness of oral contraception. There is no need to worry, you can use Qlaira and Dulsevia together.
