What can I do to temporarily lower high blood pressure?

Good morning, I was recently diagnosed with hypertension. I was prescribed zofenil 30, today I took the first dose but my blood pressure is still high. I understand that the drug begins to work only after a few days, but how can I deal with high pressure temporarily in such a case? I don't know when to call an ambulance because I've called at a high type of 180 out of 110, but the paramedics didn't think that was enough reason to call an ambulance. I do not know what to do in such situations thank you in advance for your answer

In order to temporarily lower blood pressure, you can use relaxation techniques, such as a warm bath, calming down (listening to relaxing music), doing breathing exercises.
