Will birth control pills be less effective if I kept them for 10 hours in the car at minus temperatures? I'm afraid that they may no longer work 100%.

To @Olaa:
Wearing an IUD (coil) should not affect its effectiveness depending on the ambient temperature, whether in cold or warm places. The IUD is placed inside the uterus, so external factors such as changes in ambient temperature do not affect its functioning.
When it comes to humidity and steam, as in the case of pool work, there is also no evidence that these factors can affect spirals. The IUD works regardless of air humidity and external conditions. However, it is worth taking care of hygiene and avoiding situations that can lead to infections (e.g. using the pool in the case of intimate infections), but the humidity itself should not pose a threat.
And if you have an IUD (coil) inserted, can you move from a cold place to a warm one? And vice versa?
I work at a swimming pool where there is high humidity and there is steam and it is warm, it will affect the coil (IUD?

The contraceptive pill should be stored at room temperature. Both too high and too low temperature may affect the stability of the active substance, which translates directly into the effectiveness of the preparation. To be sure of the effect of the drug, I suggest using tablets from a new package. I encourage you to read: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
