Is intracyclic bleeding with the 5th pack of Atywia Daily a cause for concern?

Should I be afraid that I got intracyclic bleeding during the 10th day of active tablets and I am on the 5th package of Aktywia daily? When taking the 4th package it did not take place and the withdrawal bleeding I got on day 3 placebo tablets and stopped at 7

Spotting and intracyclic bleeding are an side effect that often accompanies taking birth control pills, especially in the first few months. They can occur not only at the beginning of using birth control pills, but also after a long time, e.g. as a result of illness or excessive stress. This is usually not a cause for concern. If the pills were used as directed, then contraceptive protection remains preserved.
