How to start taking Slinda tablets after a break?

Hello, I take slinde for 1.5 years because of endemetrium but for some time I have ovarian pain as menstruation and I would like to stop taking slinde to get menstruation and I have a question if I break and get menstruation after withdrawal is when I can take slinde again or I have to wait until the next menstruation and from the first day of bleeding start taking slinde and from when will I be protected or from the first die of the next menstruation?
